How can I submit a nomination?

Nominations can be submitted through the official Granite City Entertainment Awards website, using the nominate link above.

What are the eligibility requirements for nominations?

All nominees must be over 18 years old. All nominees must also have a base in Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire and work on the area’s entertainment circuit in either bars, hotels, theatres, venues or online.

How can I vote for my favourite acts?

Once the nomination period has closed, nominees will be published on this website. A voting portal will then open allowing you to vote for one act per category.

When will the award winners be announced?

Winners are announced at the awards ceremony, hosted at the Beach Ballroom on Sunday 15th November.

Can I view past winners of the Granite City Entertainment Awards?

This is an exciting new award launching for 2026. This year’s winners will be published on the website. Check back in November to see who is top across each category.

Publicly displayed nominee names or music act profiles may remain on the website as a historical archive of the awards, unless a request for removal is submitted.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is only shared with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform:
